Peripheral vision
Know without watching.
Running agents means waiting well. Team gives you peripheral vision instead of dashboards: glanceable state on every tab, small top-right notifications that respect your attention, and one queue for the things that actually need you.
- Ambient chips on the active tab: board phase, CI state, agent turn state with age, git delta, token cost
- Tab glyphs across all projects: ⚑ the agent needs you, ◦ turn finished — visible without switching
- Notifications arrive as small stacked toasts in the top-right, each class with its own sound; failures stay until handled, the rest fades
- One global Needs-me queue (⌘⇧N drawer, dock badge, menu-bar count) — actionable items only, never an unread counter
- Session digest when you return: what the agents did, what waits on you; ⌘0 HUD for a two-second overview
- Focus mode softens other projects' chatter for 2h — but a blocked agent or red CI always comes through

Waiting well
Many agents, one calm operator.
Running several agents across projects feels like coxing a crew: you don't row every oar, you watch the rhythm and step in exactly where needed. Team's signals are built for that posture — glanceable, quiet, and loud only when something truly needs you.
