I have built and led delivery teams from zero and worked on successful digital and global applications for companies such as Vodafone, ING, and Carrefour.
At Carrefour, I lead large-scale software delivery with cross-functional teams and a 30-member delivery organization, coordinating engineering, product, architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, Java Spring Boot, React, and GCP. The work includes global digital applications launched in Romania, Italy, and Belgium.
