You write what you want once — at capture, as the task's brief. From there the board tracks reality without ceremony: phases move when work actually starts, whoever works it owns it, and every agent turn lands on the story.
- ⌘T captures a task with title + brief straight onto the board; the tab binds to its key
- Starting work promotes the task to in-progress and assigns it to you — no manual bookkeeping
- Every finished agent turn posts its conclusion (decisions, outcomes) as a comment on the task
- Sessions are never lost: conversations link to the task and resume from any tab, later, on the same context
- Agents keep phases truthful via the update_phase tool — but Done is always a human decision
